Jump in the lake for Special Olympics Chicago programs!

Thank you in advance for making a difference to our athletes that enjoy Special Olympics Chicago programs throughout the year! To show our appreciation for your efforts, we will provide you with a long sleeved commemorative t-shirt and towel as you exit the water!  Individuals raising $500 or more will receive a commemorative Chicago Polar Plunge duffle bag a (2) tickets to a 2010 Chicago White Sox game (mailed after the event).

We appreciate you registering in advance so that we can better plan for your participation and provide a smooth event day for all!

Four easy ways to join in the fun:

OPTION A
Step 1 -   Click Here to register.  You will receive an email with a link to your individual or team fundraising page which will allow your friends and family to make online contributions. Quick and easy! You can send emails to all your friends and family members. No follow up administrative work on your end - donors will receive an acknowledgment notice/tax deductible receipt and you will receive an email when donations are received. 

Step 2 – Pick up your commemorative t-shirt at North Avenue Beach beach house located right at North Avenue and Lake Shore Drive

  • Friday, March 5 from 11:00am-2:00pm
  • Saturday, March 6 from 11:00am-2:00pm

You can also check in and pick up your t-shirt on event morning at North Avenue Beach from 9:00am-10:00am.

OPTION B
Step 1 -  Download a registration form.

Step 2 – Complete your registration form and mail (by February 25) or fax to to us (by March 5) at:

Step 3 - Keep pledge sheet and collect pledges all the way up to the event!

Step 4 - Turn in pledges, pick up your t-shirt at at North Avenue Beach beach house located right at North Avenue and Lake Shore Drive

  • Friday, March 5 from 11:00am-2:00pm
  • Saturday, March 6 from 11:00am-2:00pm

Pledges may also be turned in on event morning at North Avenue Beach from 9:00am-10:00am.

OPTION C
Register in person, pick up your t-shirt and turn in your pledges at North Avenue Beach beach house located right at North Avenue and Lake Shore Drive

  • Friday, March 5 from 11:00am-2:00pm
  • Saturday, March 6 from 11:00am-2:00pm

 

OPTION D
Join us on event morning between 9:00am-10:00am at North Avenue Beach, register and turn in your pledges just before taking the Plunge!
